Polls open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. Early voting is from May 2 through May 9 (excluding Sunday, May 3) from 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. In this race, only registered Republican voters and voters registered as "non-party" can vote. The deadline to register to vote in person, by mail, or at an OMV Office, or to change your party affiliation, is April 15. The deadline to do so online through the GeauxVote Online Registration System is April 25.
